Shoutout Digital & Virtual Colleague · Australia (Remote)
Lead day-to-day operations and delivery across a remote digital marketing environment supporting paid media, organic social, creative, web, client services, HR, and recruitment across multiple client accounts.
Built and maintain campaign trackers, operational dashboards, Notion databases, task boards, and reporting systems that give specialists and leadership clearer visibility over campaign status, priorities, deadlines, blockers, and follow-ups.
Coordinate cross-functional work between account managers, strategists, designers, video editors, web specialists, and advertising teams to keep campaigns and client deliverables moving, surface issues early, and reduce missed handoffs or unclear ownership.
Support campaign and marketing workflows through scheduling, launch coordination, status tracking, quality checks, reporting, and process documentation. I also build internal tools and AI-assisted workflows to reduce repetitive work, improve consistency, and make day-to-day delivery more efficient.
Work closely with leadership and specialists to troubleshoot operational gaps, improve processes, and introduce more scalable and cost-effective ways of working.
DVIT · Quebec, Canada (Remote)
Helped scale a remote startup from 5 to 15+ team members by building the operational structure needed to support recruitment, onboarding, reporting, documentation, and day-to-day delivery.
Created company SOPs, dashboards, trackers, reporting systems, and internal workflows from the ground up to improve visibility, accountability, and follow-through as the team expanded.
Coordinated priorities across different functions, supported team training and process improvements, and worked closely with leadership on operational decisions, problem-solving, and implementation.
Promoted from HR Manager within six months after taking on broader ownership of systems, team coordination, and operational improvements.
EDS Manufacturing, Inc. – YAZAKI · Philippines
Managed high-volume recruitment, workforce coordination, employee relations, and administrative operations within a 10,000+ employee organisation.
Built trackers, dashboards, and reporting tools for leadership to simplify monitoring, improve visibility, and reduce manual tracking across HR and operational processes.
Trained in Kaizen, continuous improvement, and Japanese operational practices, which I later applied to workflow and process improvements.
Most of my current work are now spent on improving how marketing teams work, from the systems and tracking behind campaigns to AI workflows, reporting, and cross-functional delivery.
Campaign tracking, reporting, delivery coordination, launch support, QA, task visibility, timelines, and multi-client workflows.
Notion workspaces, interconnected databases, campaign trackers, dashboards, internal tools, SOPs, process design, and operational documentation.
AI-assisted workflows, reporting, QA, documentation, task management, process optimisation, and reducing repetitive manual work.
Coordinating work across paid media, organic social, creative, web, account management, client services, HR, and recruitment teams.
I love taking messy, complicated work and turning it into something easier to manage. That usually means building dashboards, trackers, automations, Notion systems, or little internal tools that cut down on repetitive work and make day-to-day operations easier to manage.
I’m also naturally curious about how everything connects. Working in operations means I end up learning a bit of everything, so I’ve been getting more hands-on with AI, coding, web, design, marketing, and everything in between. I like understanding how the whole process works because it helps me spot better ways to organise things, improve handoffs, and jump in when the team needs an extra pair of hands.
I’m a bit of a psychology nerd too, which weirdly comes in handy a lot. In marketing, it helps me think about what people might actually respond to. When I’m building a dashboard or tool, I think about whether someone will immediately understand how to use it, or whether I’ve accidentally made their life harder. 😂
More than anything, I like creating ways of working that are good for both the business and the people doing the work. Clear expectations, good systems, fewer unnecessary steps, and enough breathing room to actually do a good job. I’m serious about the work, but I definitely don’t think work has to feel stiff or miserable to be effective. 😌
